On April 2, 2021 Deputies conducted a stop at 29722 El Paso Street. A male was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine) and was unlawfully carrying a weapon. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 2, 2021 a Deputy made a traffic stop at 802 Fish creek Thoroughfare. The female driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI.
On April 4, 2021 a Deputy made a traffic stop at 6800 FM 1488. The female driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI.
On April 4, 2021 Deputies conducted a stop at 31950 SH 249. The male driver was arrested for an outstanding Aggravated Assault Warrant, and a male passenger was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). Both males were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 4, 2021 Deputies conducted a stop at 43356 FM 1774. A male was found to be in Possession of a firearm as a Felon. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 9, 2021 a Deputy made a traffic stop at 6800 FM 1488. The female driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI.
On April 10, 2021 a Deputy made a traffic stop at 30503 Misty meadow Drive. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI.
On April 10, 2021 Deputies conducted a stop at SH 249 and FM 149. A male was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Psilocybin- Shrooms). The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 11, 2021 a Deputy made a traffic stop at 8300 FM 1488. The female driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI.
On April 11, 2021 a Deputy made a traffic stop at Eva Street and Flagship Boulevard. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI.
On April 12, 2021 Deputies conducted multiple traffic stops in the Precinct 5 area. Two male drivers were found to have active Warrants and were taken to the Montgomery County jail.
On April 15, 2021 a Deputy made a traffic stop at 5600 FM 1488. The female driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI.
On April 15, 2021 Deputies conducted a stop at 7223 Spring Branch Road. A male was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (THC) and was in possession of a firearm as a felon. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 15, 2021 a Deputy made a traffic stop on FM 1486 at FM 1774. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI.
On April 15, 2021 a Deputy made a traffic stop on a driver going the wrong direction on the SH 249 tollway near the Harris County line. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI.
On April 16, 2021 Deputies conducted a stop on Pine Lane at FM 2978. A male was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (THC). The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 16, 2021 Deputies conducted a stop on Gossamer Lane and Meadow Edge. A male was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 17, 2021 a Deputy went to a crash on FM 2978 near Carraway Lane. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI.
On April 17, 2021 Deputies conducted a stop on FM 2978 and FM 1488. A male was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (THC). The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 18, 2021 Deputies conducted a Warrant Service at 31527 E Timberloch Trail. A male at the address was arrested for a Parole Warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 18, 2021 Deputies conducted a stop at 2388 FM 1486. A male was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 19, 2021 Deputies conducted a stop at 15521 Longneck Drive. A female passenger was found to be in Possession of multiple controlled substances (Methamphetamine and Adderall). The male driver was arrested for Driving with an invalid License. Both were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 19, 2021 Deputies conducted a stop at 38900 SH 249. The male driver was found to be in Possession of multiple controlled substances (Cocaine, Methamphetamine and Xanax). The male driver was also arrested for unlawful carry of weapons as a Felon and had 3 outstanding warrants for his arrest. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 19, 2021 Deputies conducted a stop on Windcrest National at Clubhouse Circle. The male driver and female passenger were found to be in Possession of multiple controlled substances (Heroin, Methamphetamine, Oxycodone and Xanax). Both individuals were taken to the Montgomery County Jail. The Heroin recovered was 7.5 Kilos (7486 Grams) with a Street value of half a million dollars.
On April 20, 2021 Deputies conducted a stop at 31003 Golden Rod. A male was arrested for Violating a Protective Order. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 20, 2021 Deputies conducted a warrant service at 19100 Unity Park Drive. A female was arrested for an outstanding warrant for Possession of a controlled substance. The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 21, 2021 Deputies conducted a warrant service at 202 Spring Stream Bend. A male was arrested for an outstanding warrant for Possession of a controlled substance. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 21, 2021 Deputies observed a Juvenile male speeding over the limit on Ranch Crest Drive near Maverick Ranch Road. The Juvenile attempted to evade arrest and was later caught and arrested. The Juvenile was taken to the Montgomery County Juvenile detention facility.
On April 21, 2021 deputies conducted a traffic stop at 35400 SH 249. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI.
On April 22, 2021 Deputies conducted a stop at 30884 Misty Meadow Drive. The female driver was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The female driver was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 23, 2021 a Deputy made a traffic stop at 8300 FM 1488. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI.
On April 23, 2021 a Deputy made a traffic stop at 30600 Hazy Meadow Drive. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI.
On April 24, 2021 a Deputy made a traffic stop at 28300 Dobbin Huffsmith Road. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI.
On April 25, 2021 a Deputy made a traffic stop at 740 Fishcreek Thoroughfare. The female driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI.
On April 26, 2021 Deputies conducted multiple traffic stops in the Precinct 5 area. Five people were arrested for multiple violations including Possession of a controlled substance (THC, Pills) and Warrants. Everyone arrested was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 27, 2021 a Deputy made a traffic stop at Donbin Huffsmith Road and Decker Hills Drive. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI.
On April 28, 2021 Deputies conducted a stop on Nichols Sawmill at Bumblebee Court. The female passenger was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 28, 2021 Deputies conducted a stop on Nichols Sawmill at Grand Oaks. The male driver was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (THC). The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 28, 2021 Deputies conducted a stop at 31911 Pleasant Valley Road. The male driver and female passenger were found to be in Possession with the intent to deliver multiple illegal narcotics including 3.5 grams of Methamphetamine, 18 units of LSD, 250 grams of Marijuana, 21.5 grams of illegal Mushrooms and 7 pills. The male driver (Felon) was also in possession of firearms as a Felon including an illegal short barrel shotgun. The $1759 was also seized as contraband from illegal drug proceeds. Both individuals were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 30, 2021 a Deputy made a traffic stop at 6010 FM 1488 on a vehicle after the male driver stole the vehicle from a family member with a 2 year old child inside. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI with child and Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
