On October 1, 2021 A Deputy made a traffic stop at 5200 FM 1488. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI and Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 2, 2021 Deputies conducted a stop at 30000 FM 2978. The female driver was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 4, 2021 A Deputy made a traffic stop at 33134 McKinley Circle. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 6, 2021 Deputies conducted a stop at 32002 SH 249. The male driver was found to be in Possession of Multiple Check books and ID’s from persons and businesses. The male was arrested for Fraudulent possession and use of identifying information and taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 8, 2021 A Deputy made a traffic stop at 29500 Dobbin Huffsmith Road. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 9, 2021 Precinct 5’s DWI Team were at it again. Deputies separately stopped a male and female driver both showing signs of intoxication and were arrested for DWI. The individuals were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 10, 2021 A Deputy made a traffic stop at 18100 SH 105 W. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 10, 2021 Deputies made contact with an individual at 32002 SH 249. A male was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 12, 2021 Deputies made a traffic stop at 29231 SH 249. A male was found to be in Possession of controlled substances (Methamphetamine, Heroin). The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
During the evening of October 12, 2021 Precinct 5’s night shift got the job done. Deputies stopped multiple vehicles arresting 4 individuals for DWI, Narcotics and Warrants. The individuals were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 13, 2021 Precinct 5 Deputies were out cleaning up the streets. Deputies arrested 4 more individuals for multiple Narcotics violations. The individuals were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 15, 2021 A Deputy made a traffic stop at 3095 Honea Egypt. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
During the evening of October 16, 2021 Precinct 5’s Deputies were out keeping the streets safe. Deputies stopped multiple vehicles arresting 3 individuals for DWI. The individuals were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
Another OUTSTANDING week for Precinct 5 from October 17 through October 22, 2021. Precinct 5’s Deputies did an amazing job stopping vehicles and arrested 26 individuals. These individuals were arrested for DWI, Narcotics Possession, Interfering with Public duties, Warrants, Resisting Arrest, Unlawfully Carrying Firearms and Child Endangerment. All 26 individuals were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 24, 2021 A Deputy made a traffic stop at 30594 Misty Meadow Dr. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 24, 2021 A Deputy made a traffic stop at FM 2978 and Egypt Lane. The female driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 27, 2021 Deputies made a traffic stop on FM 2978 at Dobbin Huffsmith Rd. A female was found to be in Possession with the intent to distribute a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 29, 2021 A Deputy made a traffic stop at 9997 Research Forest Dr. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 29, 2021 Deputies made a traffic stop at FM 1774 and Misty Meadow. A male was found to be in Possession of controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 30, 2021 A Deputy made a traffic stop on Honea Egypt near Durango Creek. The female driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
