On April 1, 2023 A Deputy made a stop at SH 105 and Freeport Dr. The female driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 4, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 221 Virgie Community Rd. A male was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 5, 2023 Deputies went to a secondary crash in which a vehicle was attempting to flee from another crash it was involved in. At 25311 Hardin Store Rd the male driver was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Pcilocybin- Illegal Mushrooms) and was unlawfully carrying a Weapon. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 7, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 32155 SH 249. A male was found to be in Possession of counterfeit documents and was arrested for Tampering with Government Records. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 7, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 129 Goodson Loop. A male was arrested for fraudulent use or possession of identifying information and Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 8, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 11011 FM 1488. A male was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 8, 2023 Deputies attempted stop an ATV and dirt bike on Shady Oaks Blvd. Both riders attempted to evade Deputies. After a short pursuit both individuals were caught and arrested for Evading Arrest. Both individuals were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 9, 2023 A Deputy made a stop at 5400 FM 1488. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 10, 2023 A Deputy made a stop at 27954 Decker Prairie Rosehill. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 10, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 24303 Sanders Cemetery Rd. A male was arrested for a Warrant for Sexual Assault of a Child. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 10, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 24901 Hardin Store Rd. A male was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 12, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 1 Riata Dr. 3 male occupants were arrested, the charges included Possession with the intent to distribute a controlled substance (Ecstasy), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Xanax), Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon, Possession of Marijuana and a Warrant out of Montgomery County. The 3 males were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 13, 2023 A Deputy made a stop at FM 1486 and SH 249. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 13, 2023 A Deputy made a stop at Butera and Walnut Creek. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The female passenger was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine). Both individuals were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 14, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 38331 FM 1774. A male was found to be in Possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance (Cocaine). The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 15, 2023 A Deputy made a stop at FM 1488 and Magnolia Ridge Blvd. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 15, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 32215 SH 249. 2 females were found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). Both occupants were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.

On April 19, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 4918 Jackson Rd. A female was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Ecstasy) and had an Active warrant for her Arrest out of Montgomery County. The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 21, 2023 A Deputy went to a crash at 12314 Marshall Dr. The female driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 22, 2023 Deputies responded to a call at 37202 Thistle Down. 2 males were found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine) and a female had an Active warrant for her Arrest out of Montgomery County. All individuals were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 23, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 9008 Carraway Ln. Two females were found to be in Possession of controlled substances (Ecstasy, Methamphetamine, Crack Cocaine, THC and Oxycodone) and Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon. Both females were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.

On April 27, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 5598 FM 1488. A male was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On April 30, 2023 A Deputy made a stop at 25635 Hardin Store Rd. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.

On April 30, 2023 Deputies attempted to stop a vehicle on Decker Prairie Rd. The driver attempted to evade Deputies. After a short pursuit the female driver crashed her vehicle and was arrested for Evading Arrest in a motor vehicle. The female also had a Felony Warrant for her arrest for Possession of a Controlled Substance. The Female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
