On May 2, 2023 Deputies with Precinct 5 went to The Woodlands area to take part in a Criminal Traffic Task Force. Precinct 5 arrested 8 individuals for multiple criminal violations including Possession of Controlled Substances, Tampering with a Government Document and Multiple Warrants. All individuals were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 3, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 34507 SH 249. A male was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 4, 2023 A Deputy made a stop on SH 249 near Vallie Rd. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 4, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 493 FM 1488. Two males were found to be in Possession of controlled substances (Psilocybin, THC and Marijuana). Both males were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 5, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at FM 1488 near FM 1774. A female was found to be in Possession of controlled substances (Methamphetamine, THC). The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 6, 2023 A Deputy made a stop at 37142 Hickory Ridge. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI and Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 8, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 6960 FM 1488. 2 females were found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine) and charged with Interfering with Public Duties and Assault on a Peace Officer. Both females were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 13, 2023 A Deputy went to a crash at 9343 Clubhouse Cir. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 14, 2023 A Deputy made a stop at 32212 Decker Prairie. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 16, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 35611 FM 1774. A male was found to be in Possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 17, 2023 Deputies made contact with an individual at Hardin Store and Dobbin Huffsmith. A male was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine) and had a Felony Warrant out of Harris County. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 17, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 15629 FM 2854. A female was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Ecstasy) and was Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon. The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
