On July 2, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle on Butera at Nichols Sawmill. The male driver was arrested for Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle as he was driving a Stolen Vehicle. The male also had a Warrant for his arrest for Burglary. The female passenger was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (THC). Both occupants were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On July 2, 2023 A Deputy stopped a vehicle at Butera at S. Heaton. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for his 4th DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.

On July 3, 2023 A Deputy made a stop at Decker Prairie Rosehill and FM 2920. The male driver had a Warrant out of Montgomery County for Assault of a Pregnant Person. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
