On September 1, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 32169 SH 249. A female was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On September 7, 2023 A Deputy stopped a vehicle at 6960 FM 1488. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On September 7, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at FM 1774 snd Tudor Way. A female was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Heroin). The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On September 7, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 35427 SH 249. A female was arrested for Reckless Driving. The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On September 8, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle in the 16600 block of Butera Rd. A male was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On September 8, 2023 Deputies made a traffic stop in the 10000 block of Caddo Trl. in Magnolia. Two females were found to be in Posession of a controlled substance. A third female was found to be in posession of a controlled substance and charged with manufacture/delivery. A stolen trailer was found and recovered at the address. There was also a male on location that had an outstanding warrant out of Montgomery County. All four were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On September 9, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at Nichols Sawmill/Chipwood in Magnolia. The female driver showed signs of intoxication and was charged with DWI. The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On September 9, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle in the 29000 block of Park Place Blvd. in Magnolia. A female was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance. The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On September 10th, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle in the 29000 block of Decker Hills. A female was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.

On September 14th, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle in the 32000 block of SH 249 in Magnolia. A male was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On September 22, 2023 Deputies attempted to stop a motorcycle at SH 249 and Baltzell. The driver took the Deputies on a 20 mile pursuit that ended with a short foot chase. The driver who was operating a stolen motorcycle was arrested for Evading arrest in a motor vehicle and Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On September 24, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 31302 Sugar Bend. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was charged with his 3rd DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On September 26, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 32320 SH 249. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail. At the jail the male was found to be concealing Cocaine on his person and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
On September 29, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 7955 FM 1488. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
