On October 1, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle on FM 1488 that was driving the wrong way into oncoming traffic. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male passenger was also arrested for Public Intoxication. Both males were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 1, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 31479 SH 249. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The driver was also charged for presenting a Fake Texas ID. The male passenger was also arrested for Public Intoxication. Both males were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 9, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 38123 FM 1774. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 9, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at FM 149 and Spur 149. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 16, 2023 Deputies attempted to stop a vehicle in Decker Prairie Rd. The driver took the Deputies on a short pursuit that ended with the driver parked in some trees. The driver who was operating a stolen vehicle was arrested for Evading arrest in a motor vehicle and Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 22, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 28327 Dobbin Huffsmith rd. A male was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 24, 2023 Deputies conducted a Search Warrant at 16306 Towering Oaks. A male at the location was arrested for 4 Counts of Possession of Child Pornography. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 25, 2023 Deputies conducted a Search Warrant at 30819 Meadow wood Dive. Two males at the location were arrested for Possession of Controlled Substances (Cocain, Heroin and Fentanyl). Both males were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
