On March 1st 2024 A K9 deputy conducted a traffic stop at 304 S Magnolia Blvd. The female driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics, methamphetamine and prescription pills. The female was placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On March 1st 2024, a Deputy conducted a traffic stop at 32344 SH 249. The male driver was found to be in possession of a controlled substance (psilocybin.) The driver was also placed in custody for DWI 2nd. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On March 1st 2024, a Deputy conducted a traffic stop at 34507 SH 249. As the vehicle was coming to a stop, the male passenger attempted to jump out and evade the deputy. After a short foot pursuit, the male was taken into custody without further incident. The male was discovered to have 2 active Felony Warrants and was in possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine.) The male was also charged with evading arrest or detention with prior convictions (felony) and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
A deputy conducted a traffic at 6110 FM 1488, the male motorcycle driver showed sign of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On March 2nd 2024, after an extensive investigation, PCT 5 Deputies and Investigators executed an Arrest on a Male wanted for 5 counts of Promotion of Child Pornography. The male was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On March 04, 2024, Deputies conducted a traffic stop at 32832 SH 249. The female driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics and physically resisted arrest. The female driver was placed in custody for resisting arrest and or detention. She was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On March 5th, 2024, Deputies conducted a traffic stop at 35595 SH 249. The male driver was found to be in possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine.) The driver was placed in custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On March 9th, 2024, Deputies conducted a traffic stop at 1250 Blue Hazel Ct. The male driver eluded law enforcement and was placed in custody for interference with public duties. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On March 9th, 2024, Deputies conducted a traffic stop at 26641 Peden Road. The male driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics. The male driver was placed in custody for possession with intent to deliver inhalant paraphernalia, and unlawful carry of a weapon. On March 10th, 2024, Deputies conducted a traffic stop at 28897 FM 2978. The male driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics (cocaine.)The male driver was placed in custody for possession of controlled substance and he was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On March 12th Deputies conducted a warrant service at 24983 Weeren Road. The male residing at the residence was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant through California for Sexual Assault of a Child with a one million dollar bond. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where he is awaiting extradition back to California.
On March 13, 2024 a deputy conducted a traffic stop at 6021 FM 1488. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On March 13, 2024, deputies responded to a call at 12558 Sharps Ln. Upon arrival the male showed signs of intoxication. It was determined that the male was operating a vehicle and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The male was found to also be in possession of illegal narcotics. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On March 15th, 2024, Deputies conducted a traffic stop at 317 High Meadow Ranch Dr. The female driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics (methamphetamine) and female passenger was found to have outstanding warrants. The female driver was placed in custody for possession of controlled substance and both occupants were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On March 17, 2024 a deputy conducted a traffic stop at 8300 FM 1488. The male driver showed sign of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On March 18, 2024, Deputies attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle at SH 249 and Sentinel Oaks. The male driver refused to stop and led deputies on a vehicle pursuit. The driver was finally stopped in the Tomball area. The driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics and a loaded firearm. The driver was placed in custody for evading arrest with motor vehicle, possession of controlled substance and unlawful carry of a weapon. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On March 18, 2024 a deputy conducted a traffic stop at 32015 HWY 249. The female driver was found to have an outstanding warrant and evaded on foot. After a brief foot pursuit, the female was detained and warrant confirmed. The female was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On March 19th, 2024, Deputies conducted a traffic stop at 37131 HWY 249. The male driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics (Xanax.)The male driver was placed in custody for possession of controlled substance and tampering with evidence. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On March 19, 2024, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at 168 Lake Conroe Village Blvd. The female driver was found to have an active Blue Warrant out of Pardon and Parole. The male passenger was found to be in possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine.) Both subjects were placed in custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On March 19, 2024, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at 36034 SH 249. The male driver was found to be in possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine laced with fentanyl. The driver had several kids under the age of 10 in the vehicle. The male driver was placed in custody for possession of controlled substance and child endangerment. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On March 20th, 2024, Deputies conducted a traffic stop at 42000 FM 1774. The female driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics (Adderall and THC.)The female driver was placed in custody for 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance and she was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On March 20th, 2024 a deputy conducted a traffic at 5922 FM 1488. The male driver showed sign of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or more. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail
On March 22, 2024, Deputies conducted an investigation at the 27400 block of Violet Ct. At the location Deputies located a vehicle reported stolen out of Fort Bend County. A male who was taking stuff out of the vehicle was placed in custody for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On March 22, 2024, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at 37707 FM 1774. The female driver was found to be in possession of several illegal narcotics and she was placed in custody for possession of controlled substance. The female was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On March 23rd, 2024 a deputy conducted a traffic at HWY 249 and Sentinel Oaks. The female driver showed sign of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The female was also found to be in possession of a narcotic and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On March 24th, 2024, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at 32326 HWY 249. The male driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics (methanphetmine) and he was placed in custody for possession of controlled substance. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On March 24th, 2024 a deputy conducted a traffic at 38680 Spur 149. The male driver showed sign of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The male was also found to be in possession of a narcotic and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On March 24th, 2024, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at 33992 HWY 249. The male driver was found to be in possession of illegal substances and he was placed in custody. On the way to the jail the male offered the Deputy money to free him from custody and charges for Bribery were added. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On March 27, 2024 deputies conducted a search warrant at a residence located at 76 LaCosta. A resident of the home was going to be in possession of methamphetamine.
On March 27th, 2024, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at 32154 HWY 249. The male driver was found to be in possession of illegal substances (methamphetamine, Hydrocodone, Xanax, and morphine) The driver was placed in custody for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On March 28th, 2024, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at 31662 HWY 249. The male driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics (methanphetmine) and he was placed in custody for possession of controlled substance. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

The female driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics (methanphetmine) and she was placed in custody for possession of controlled substance. On March 29, 2024, Deputies attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle at Buddy Riley Blvd. The male driver refused to stop and led deputies on a 33 mile vehicle pursuit. The driver was finally stopped in Grimes County. The driver was also found to be in possession of illegal narcotics. The driver was placed in custody for evading arrest with motor vehicle, and possession of controlled substance. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On March 30th, deputies responded to a call of a man slumped over in his vehicle at the 21000 block of Titan Dr. The make in the vehicle showed signs of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated. He was also found to be in possession of a fraudulent Texas Driver’s License and was charged with possessing a fake driver’s license.
On Match 31st, deputies conducted a traffic stop at FM 1774 and Cripple Creek. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
