On March 03, 2025, Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 31400 block of Friendship Drive. The female driver was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. The female was placed in custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance and she was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On March 4 2025, Deputies responded to a welfare check located in the 37000 block of Fawn Ln. Deputies made contact with the reported female on location and learned that she had multiple warrants for her arrest out of Montgomery County. During the encounter the female was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine. The female was placed in custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance and her active warrants and she transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On March 7, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies attempted to conduct a traffic stop near the intersection of SH 249 and FM 1488. The male driver ignored the emergency lights and siren and refused to stop leading Deputies on a pursuit. The driver went into the Audubon Subdivision where after crashing into a fence both the driver and passenger fled the scene on foot. Both subjects were subsequently taken into custody without incident. The male driver was placed in custody for evading arrest with motor vehicle and the female passenger for evading on foot. Both subjects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On March 10, 2025, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 8300 block of Northgrove Parkway. The male driver was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. The male was placed in custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance and he was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On March 12, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop near the 300 block of Magnolia Blvd. After a brief investigation, deputies located multiple substance that tested positive for illegal narcotics, and a male occupant was subsequently taken into custody for Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance. The subject was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.
On March 13, 2025, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 10000 block of FM 1488. The male driver, a documented gang member was found to be in possession of fentanyl. The male was placed in custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance and he was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On March 18, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies executed an arrest warrant at the 31000 block of Honeysuckle Lane. A male at the location was wanted for a felony possession of a controlled substance warrant. He was found hiding behind a vehicle and when Deputies made contact with him the male resisted arrest. He was safely detained and place in custody for the felony warrant and resisting arrest. The subject was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.
On March 18, 2025, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 28000 block Hardin Store Road. The male driver, a documented gang member was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. The male was placed in custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance and he was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On March 22, 2025, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 2600 block of Apache Rd. The male driver was found to be in possession of ecstasy. The male was placed in custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance and he was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On March 22, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 9000 block of Carraway Ln. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and had a warrant for his arrest out of Montgomery County. The male was placed into custody for his active warrant and Driving While Intoxicated With a Child Passenger. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On March 23, 2025, Deputies conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Autumn Ln and Winter Ln. Deputies learned that the male passenger had multiple warrants for his arrest out of Montgomery County. During the investigation the male was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine. The male was placed in custody for his active warrants and Possession of a Controlled Substance and he was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On March 23, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies attempted to stop a vehicle near the Harris County Line on SH 249. The male driver refused to stop and lead Deputies on a vehicle pursuit into Harris County. The pursuit ended in a residential area where the two occupants fled the scene on foot. After a short foot pursuit both occupants were subsequently placed in custody with the help of the Harris County Precinct 4 Constables Department. Several pieces of stolen mail and identification items were located in the vehicle along with methamphetamine. The male driver who was also wanted out of Pardon and Parole was charged with evading arrest in a motor vehicle, possession of identifying information and possession of a controlled substance. The female passenger was charged with evading arrest on foot and local warrants. Both individuals were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On March 21, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop that led to an investigation. The investigation led to the arrest of two female suspects. One suspect was charged with Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) and the second suspect was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine).
On March 29, 2025, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 32300 block HWY 249. The male driver was found to be in possession of cocaine. The male was placed in custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance and he was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
