File a Complaint

The Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constable’s Office attempts to handle each instance professionally and with justice to all parties concerned. Occasionally, situations do not allow that to happen, and all parties may not be satisfied with the results. The Precinct 5 Constable’s Office takes your complaint extremely serious

Most grievances can be resolved over the telephone. If your complaint is not handled to your satisfaction, please come into the office at 19100 Unity Park Drive, Magnolia, TX 77355. A supervisor will meet with you and will ask you some questions. The supervisor will request you to put your complaint onto a written statement and sign accordingly. Chapter 614 of The Texas Government. This code requires that all complaints against peace officers be in writing and signed by the complainant before the Constable can take any disciplinary action. You should also know that if your complaint is sustained, the deputy in question will have an opportunity to view your statement. If you are not willing to make a written statement, the supervisor may still counsel the employee, however, official disciplinary action may be taken.
