Patrol Division

Servicing Our Community:

The Patrol Division of the Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constable’s Office is committed to ensuring the safety, peace, and well-being of the communities we serve. While our deputies continue to handle traditional civil responsibilities, their role has expanded significantly in recent years. Today, they actively respond to emergency calls, enforce traffic laws, investigate vehicle accidents, and conduct thorough criminal investigations. This evolution reflects our broader mission of proactively addressing crime in all its forms.

One of our primary focuses has become the identification and suppression of drug-related offenses and driving under the influence (DUI). These issues pose serious threats to public safety, and our deputies are on the front lines, utilizing specialized training and resources to combat them head-on. Through a combination of targeted enforcement and strategic patrols, we are making tangible strides in reducing criminal activity across the precinct.

Our approach is rooted in community-based policing. We believe that establishing strong relationships with residents is key to creating a safer environment. By fostering trust and collaboration with the public, our deputies are better positioned to identify potential threats early on and take preventive action before crimes occur. This proactive method of policing enables us to deter criminal behavior, rather than merely responding after the fact.

The deputies of the Patrol Division are highly trained, well-equipped, and deeply committed to their duties. They serve as both protectors and problem-solvers, working closely with citizens, local businesses, and other law enforcement agencies to build a safer and more unified Montgomery County. It is through this forward-thinking approach that we continue to safeguard our neighborhoods and uphold the values of justice, safety, and service.
