The Constable Pct. 5 Citizen’s Academy offers a FREE class with Programs that are designed to give the public a working knowledge of Montgomery County Pct. 5 Constable’s Office, local Law Enforcement and County Government. This academy is a engaging, comprehensive, hands on, entertaining and knowledgeable experience.
“Law Enforcement Services beyond Reproach” is our slogan for the Constable Pct. 5 Citizen’s Academy. Our goal is to educate the public about the Montgomery County Pct. 5 Constable’s Office and surrounding law enforcement agencies; as well as, increase the rapport between all citizens and law enforcement in general.
Our hope is that the graduates of this Constable Pct. 5 Citizen’s Academy become highly knowledgeable and enriched about how law enforcement operates; in addition to, encouraging family, coworkers, friends; as well as the community to join the Montgomery County Pct. 5 Constables Office in this worthwhile rewarding program.
The qualifications to attend this Academy are:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be a resident of Montgomery County or work with the county
- Must pass a background check and not have any felony charges or ever been convicted
NOTE: This is NOT a peace officer/law enforcement academy, with that being said; please be aware upon completion of this program, you WILL NOT become a peace officer or reserve officer of any kind.
