Montgomery County Pct. 5 Constable’s Office has 52 sworn full time deputies as well as a sworn reserve deputies division and civilian staff. Montgomery County Pct. 5 Constable’s Office provides civil process service, Justice of the Peace Pct. 5 bailiff duties, SRO (School Resource Officers for Magnolia Independent School District), 24/7 Proactive Patrol (including Toll-Road and Commercial Vehicle Enforcement), Criminal Investigations, K-9, SRT (Special Response Team), SRG (Riot Team), I.C.A.C (Internet Crimes Against Children), Swift Water Rescue Operations, and Drone Program.
