On December 1, 2022 Deputies made contact with an individual at 37081 SH 249. A male failed to identify himself and had a Warrant from Pardon and Parole. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 3, 2022 A Deputy made a traffic stop at Honea Egypt and FM 1488. The female driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 4, 2022 Deputies made a traffic stop at 32002 SH 249. A male and female were found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). Both were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 4, 2022 Deputies made a traffic stop at 30829 Nichols Sawmill. A male was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine) and in possession of over 2 pounds of Marijuana. The driver also had a Warrant out of Brazos County and was also charged with Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 6, 2022 Deputies made a traffic stop at 32100 SH 249. A female was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 8, 2022 Deputies made a traffic stop at FM 1774 and Misty Meadow. A male was found to be in Possession of controlled substances (Amphetamine and THC) and was also Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 9, 2022 A Deputy made a traffic stop at 5400 FM 1488. The female driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 9, 2022 A Deputy made a traffic stop at SH 105 near Blue Herron. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 10, 2022 Deputies made a traffic stop at 23732 FM 494. A female was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 11, 2022 A Deputy went to a crash at Brown Cone near Long Branch. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 13, 2022 Deputies made a traffic stop at 32294 Decker Oaks Dr. A female was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Suboxone). The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 13, 2022 Deputies made a traffic stop at 15700 Longneck Dr. A male was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 17, 2022 A Deputy went to a crash on Egypt near Research Forest. The female driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 19, 2022 A Deputy made a stop on Hardin Store near Andy Ln. The male driver had Warrant for Assault out of Harris County and was in possession of a Stolen ATV. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 19, 2022 A Deputy stopped a vehicle on Weakley Way near SH 249. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 19, 2022 A Deputy made a stop at 35207 SH 249. A male was driving a Stolen vehicle and was a Felon in Possession of a Firearm. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 19, 2022 A Deputy made a stop at 311 Goodson Loop. A female was found to be driving a Stolen vehicle. The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 20th, 2022 A Deputy went to a residence in the 29000 block of Dobbin Huffsmith Rd. A male on location had a felony warrant for Indecency with a child. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 21st, 2022 A Deputy made a traffic stop in the 30000 block of Dobbin Huffsmith Rd. Two of the female occupants were found to be in possession of a controlled substance. The females were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 21st, 2022 A Deputy went to a residence in the 800 block of W. Buckhorn Ln. in Magnolia. A male and female at the residence had felony warrants. Both individuals were found to be in possession of a controlled substance. The individuals were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 22nd, 2022 A Deputy made a traffic stop in the 23000 block of Nichols Sawmill in Magnolia. The female occupant had felony warrant for hit and run. The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 23rd, 2022 A Deputy made a traffic stop in the 13000 block of FM 1488 in Magnolia. The male occupant was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. The female occupant was charged with driving while license invalid. The occupants were taken to the Montgomery County Jail. While at the jail the female was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and charged (enhanced).
On December 23rd, 2022 A Deputy went to a residence in the 5700 block of Lotus Ln. in Magnolia. The female resident had a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance. The female was also found to be in possession of fraudulent identification and charged. The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 26th, 2022 A Deputy made a traffic stop in the 32000 block of SH 249 in Magnolia. One of the male occupants was found to have 2 outstanding warrants out of Montgomery County. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 28th, 2022 A Deputy made a traffic stop in the 7000 block of FM 1486 in Magnolia. The male occupant was found to be in possession of narcotics. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
