On December 2, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 42220 FM 1774. The female driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 2, 2023 Deputies made a stop at 31848 SH 249. A male was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Cocaine). The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 3, 2023 Deputies made a stop at 1079 Woodtrace Blvd. A male was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The male also had an Outstanding Warrant for Fraud. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 4, 2023 Deputies made a stop at 37202 Thistledown Ln. A male was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 4, 2023 Deputies made a stop at 30502 Misty Meadow. A male was found to be in Possession of controlled substances (Methamphetamine, Cocaine). The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 11, 2023 Deputies made a stop at 37778 FM 149. A female was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The female was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 11, 2023 Deputies made a stop at Nichols Sawmill and Forest Ridge. A male was found to be in Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 13, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle on SH 249 near Sentinel Oaks. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The male driver was also charged with Unlawfully carrying a weapon. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 14, 2023 deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash in the 30800 block of S. Holly Oaks Circle. The driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or more. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail..
On December 15, 2023 deputies conducted a traffic stop at Goodson Loop near Price Lane. The driver was found to be in possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine and fentanyl) The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 16th, 2023 Deputies stopped a vehicle at 35837 FM 1774. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DUI Minor under 21. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail
On December 16th, 2023 a Deputies conducted a traffic stop at 30643 Misty Meadow Dr. The driver was found to be in possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 17th, 2023 Deputies conducted an arrest warrant at the 28800 block of Aberdeen Drive. A male at the residence was placed in custody for a Felony Warrant for possession of controlled substance. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 21, 2023 Deputies made contact with a suspicious male at 32002 SH 249. The male lied about his name and evaded arrest. After a short foot pursuit the male was placed in custody for evading arrest, fail to ID fugitive and three active felony warrants.
The Pct. 5 Constables Department appreciates the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office help on the apprehension of this individual. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 12/23/2023 a deputy made a traffic stop at Ravenswood and FM 1488. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 24th, 2023, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 10300 block of Research Forest Dr. The female driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI. The female was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 26, 2023 Deputies conducted several arrest warrants throughout the Precinct. A male was on the Montgomery County Most Wanted list with two felony warrants. All three subjects were placed in custody and taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 27th, 2023 a Deputy conducted a traffic stop at 37211 Thistledown Lane. The driver was found to be in possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 31st, 2023 deputies located a motor vehicle crash at the 33187 block of Pinehurst Loop. The driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawful Carry of a Weapon. The female was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 31, 2023 a Deputy conducted a traffic stop at 37707 FM 1774. The driver was found to be in possession of a controlled substance (Cocaine). After being handcuffed, the male attempted to escape. We want to thank the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Texas Department of Public Safety and the Magnolia Police Department for assisting in the apprehension of the subject. After meeting a Sheriff’s Office K9 the Subject was Arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Escape from Arrest. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
