On February 01, 2024, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a U-Haul Truck at 23864 Nichols Sawmill Rd. The female passenger was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and have an active felony warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She was placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance and the warrant. The female was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 2nd, deputies conducted a traffic stop at 30508 Misty Meadow. The female driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or more. The female was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 3, 2024 deputies made a traffic stop at 35408 HWY 249. The male driver was in possession of illegal narcotics (methanphetmine) and was placed in custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 4, 2024, deputies made a traffic stop at 4900 FM 1488. The female driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The female was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 05, 2024, Deputies conducted a search warrant in W Timberloch Trail. At the residence Deputies located multiple illegal narcotics, several firearms, and one stolen shot gun. Three individuals were placed in custody with charges including possession of controlled substance with intent to sell, Unlawful Possession of firearms by felon, and active Felony warrants. All three individuals were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 6th, 2024 a deputy made a traffic stop at 30510 Misty Meadow. During the stop a male and female began to interfere with public duties. Both subjects were placed in custody for interfering with public duties and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 6th, 2024 a deputy made a traffic stop at 32010 HWY 249. The male driver had an outstanding Harris county warrant and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail. While at the jail the male was found to be in possession of multiple illegal narcotics and added charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance were placed.
On February 7, 2024 a deputy made a traffic stop at 30504 Misty Meadow Dr. The male driver was in possession of illegal narcotics (methanphetmine) and male passenger had an outstanding warrant. Both were placed in custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 8, a deputy conducted a traffic stop at 33418 Egypt Lane. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 09, 2024. Deputies conducted a traffic stop at 35611 FM 1774. The vehicle was reported stolen out of Houston. The driver was placed in custody for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 10, 2024 deputies made a traffic stop at 31092 Pine Knott. The male driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics (cocaine) and placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 11, 2024 a deputy made a traffic stop at 30507 Misty Meadow Dr. The male driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics (cocaine) and placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where more contraband was located.
On February 11 2024, a deputy conducted a traffic stop at 32329 HWY 249. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 13, 2024 a deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at 10244 FM 1488. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On February 14, Deputies made contact with two individuals at the corner of Nola Ln and Price Ln. A female was found to have an open felony warrant for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon out of Harris County and a male was placed in custody for resisting arrest and local warrants. All subjects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 14, 2024 a deputy made a traffic stop at 31439 Friendship Dr. The male driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics (methanphetmine) and placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where more contraband was located.
A deputy conducted a traffic at 13089 FM 1488. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 18, 2024 a deputy made a traffic stop at 38750 Sugarwood Dr. The male driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics (methanphetmine) and placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where more contraband was located.
On February 19, Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 27400 block of FM 2978. The female driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics, methamphetamine, Xanax, and marijuana. The female who also had a juvenile in the vehicle was placed in custody for possession of controlled substance and child endangerment. All subjects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 20, Deputies conducted a traffic stop at 27206 Decker Prairie Rosehill. The male driver was showing signs of intoxication and was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics, methamphetamine, and marijuana. The male was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated and possession of controlled substance. The subject was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 22, Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 6500 block of Hayden Drive. The female driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics, methamphetamine, and adderall. The female was placed in custody for possession of controlled substance. The subject was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 23, 2024 a Deputy initiated a traffic stop on a motorcycle near the intersection of FM 1774 and Misty Meadow Dr. The motorcycle began to evade and ended up crashing the bike near the intersection of FM 1774 and Coleman Rd. The male occupant ran on foot into the woods. A perimeter was set up and with the assistance of a PCT 5 K9, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, and Texas Department of Public Safety. The male driver was located and placed in custody. The driver had multiple outstanding warrants and was charged with evading in a motor vehicle. After being cleared by EMS the subject was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 24, 2024 a deputy made a traffic stop at 35427 HWY 249. The male driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics (methanphetmine) and placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where more contraband was located.
On February 24, 2024, Deputies conducted a traffic stop at 8414 S FM 1486. The vehicle was reported stolen out of Grimes County. The male driver did not have permission from the owner to drive the vehicle and he was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. The subject was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 24, 2024, Deputies attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a motorcycle at Nola Lane and Price Lane. The driver evaded arrest and after a short pursuit the driver was detained. The motorcycle was reported stolen out of Harris County. The male driver did not have permission from the owner to drive it and he was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Evading Arrest W/Motor Vehicle. The driver also had a felony warrant for UUMV and another warrant for criminal trespassing both out of Montgomery County. The subject was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 25, 2024 a K9 deputy made a traffic stop at 37210 Hickory Ridge Trail. Two female occupants were found to be in possession of illegal narcotics (methanphetmine) and placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance. Both females were transported to the Montgomery County Jail where more contraband was located on one of the females, enhancing her charges.
On February 25 2024, A deputy conducted a traffic stop at 227 Goodson Loop. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The male was also found to be in possession of fake government documents and subsequently was charged for tampering with government records. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 26, 2024 a deputy made a traffic stop at 24912 Hardin Store Rd. The male driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics (methanphetmine) and placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 26. A deputy conducted a traffic stop at 9345 FM 1488. The female driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics, crack cocaine. The female was placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 27, a deputy conducted a traffic stop at 33550 Bear Branch Lane. The female driver showed signs of intoxication. The female was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 27, a deputy conducted a traffic stop at 9990 Woodlands Parkway. The male driver showed sign of intoxication. The male was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 28, 2024, Deputies conducted a traffic stop at 32357 SH 249. The male driver was found to be in possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine.) The driver also had several misdemeanor warrants. The female passenger had several misdemeanor warrants out of Magnolia. Both subjects were placed in custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
