On November 2, 2024, a PCT 5 deputy conducted a traffic stop in the 33800 block of State Highway 249. A male driver showed signs of intoxication and was placed in custody for felony Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or more. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 3, 2024, a PCT 5 deputy conducted a traffic stop in the 32200 block of Decker Prairie Road. A female driver showed signs of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The female was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 3, 2024, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 28300 block of FM 2978. The male driver was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and he was placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 4, 2024, a PCT 5 deputy conducted a traffic stop at Woodtrace Blvd and Highway 249. A female driver showed signs of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The female was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 7 2024, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 26100 block of SH 105. The male driver was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and he was placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 8 2024, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 26100 block of SH 105. The male driver was found to be in possession of narcotics and he was placed in custody for multiple counts of possession of controlled substances. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 16 2024, a PCT 5 deputy conducted a traffic stop in the 32100 block of State Highway 249. A male driver showed signs of intoxication and was placed in custody for felony Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or more. The male was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 17, 2024, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 35900 block of State Highway 249. The male driver was found to be in possession of a firearm and was placed in custody for felon in possession of a firearm. The male driver was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 17 2024, a PCT 5 deputy conducted a traffic stop in the 6700 block of FM 1488. A male driver showed signs of intoxication and was placed in custody for felony Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or more. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 20, 2024, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 38900 block of Spur 149. The male driver was found to be in possession of heroin and he was placed in custody for possession of controlled substance. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 20, 2024, deputies conducted a traffic stop at 15911 Rabon Chapel Road. The female driver was found to be in possession of cocaine and she was placed in custody for possession of controlled substance. The female was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 21, 2024, a PCT 5 deputy conducted a traffic stop in the 32600 block of Egypt Ln. A male driver showed signs of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 22, 2024, PCT 5 deputies attempted to serve an arrest warrant at 6137 Cessna drive in Montgomery. The suspect had 2 active Montgomery County felony warrants. After an exhaustive search the male was unable to be located. The female on location was taken into custody for a felony, of knowingly harboring a wanted fugitive.
PCT5 continuing the investigation this morning (November 23rd), the male was tracked and located a few miles away at another residence located at 11639 Leonidas Horton drive. The residence was a known location of a female who also had a Felony warrant out of Montgomery County. Units surrounded the home and attempted to call both suspect’s out but ultimately the individuals refused to exit the home. PCT5 deputies made forced entry into the home and were able to safely take both subjects into custody who were found hiding in a closet in the bedroom. Additional charges were filed on the female for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and knowingly harboring a wanted fugitive. All suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. A big thank you to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and DPS for their assistance. This was a great example of local law enforcement agencies working together for the safety of the community we serve.
On November 23, 2024, a PCT 5 deputy conducted a traffic stop at the 40000 block of FM 149 on a stolen motorcycle. A truck following the motorcycle stopped as well. The driver of the bike was placed in custody for UUMV, and was found to be in possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). The female passenger of the truck was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and was placed in custody. Both male and female were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 25, 2024, deputies conducted a traffic stop at 37935 FM 1774. The male driver was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine and he was placed in custody for possession of controlled substance. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 30, 2024, a PCT 5 deputy conducted a traffic stop in the 26400 block of Dobbin Huffsmith Rd. A male driver showed signs of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
