On January 2, 2025, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 32000 block of Decker Prairie Road. The male driver was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine and he was placed in custody for possession of controlled substance. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On January 2, 2025, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 44900 block of State Highway 249. The male driver was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine and he was placed in custody for possession of controlled substance. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On January 3, 2025, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 24900 block of Hardin Store Road. During the encounter, the female passenger of the vehicle began to evade deputies on foot and shortly after she was caught. The male driver showed to have an active felony warrant out of Harris County. During the investigation the male driver was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine. The male and female were both placed in custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On January 7, 2025, a PCT 5 deputy conducted a traffic stop in the 2300 block of FM 1486. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated 2nd. The male passenger was recognized as being wanted for a Blue Warrant out of Pardon and Parole for Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance. During the investigation the female passenger was found to be in possession methamphetamine. All three subjects were placed in custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On January 8, 2025, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 28000 block of Hardin Store Road. The male driver and female passenger were both found to be in possession of methamphetamine. The male and female were both placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance. Both subjects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On January 8, 2025, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 33500 block of State Highway 249. The male driver showed to have multiple felony warrants for his arrest, one of which being out of Missouri. During the investigation the male was to found to be in possession of Methamphetamine. The male was placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance and his warrants. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On January 10, 2025, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 16900 block of Rabon Chapel Rd. The male driver was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine and he was placed in custody for possession of controlled substance. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On January 11, 2025, deputies conducted a traffic stop at 31388 SH 249. The female driver was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine and she was placed in custody for possession of controlled substance. The female was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On January 11, 2025, a PCT 5 deputy conducted a traffic stop in the 35800 block of State Highway 249. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On January 12, 2025, a PCT 5 deputy conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of FM 1488 and Heritage Ln. The female driver showed signs of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The female was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On January 12, 2025, deputies conducted a traffic stop in 300 block of FM 1486. The male passenger was found to be in possession of cocaine and he was placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On January 13, 2025, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 30502 block of Misty Meadow for several traffic violations. While the roadside investigation was in progress, a male bystander began interfering with the investigation by refusing multiple requests to stay a safe distance away from the scene so they could finish their traffic stop. After several attempts of requesting the male to maintain a safe distance and the male advancing as soon as deputies returned to the suspect vehicle, the male was eventually taken into custody for Interfering with public duties. At the conclusion of the traffic stop, the female driver of the vehicle was also taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance.
On January 17, 2025, a PCT 5 deputy conducted a traffic stop in the 32200 block of State Highway 249. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was found to be in possession of a handgun. The male was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On January 25, 2025, deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 16300 block of Lonesome Pine. The male driver was found to be in possession of a firearm and it was later discovered he was a convicted felon. The male was placed in custody for unlawful possession of a firearm by felon. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On January 25, 2025, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 7800 block of FM 1486. The female driver was recognized to have an active felony warrant for her arrest out of Montgomery County. During the investigation, the male passenger was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Both subjects were placed in custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On January 29, 2025, Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 28000 block of FM 2978. The female driver was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. She was placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On January 30, 2025, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 32100 block of State Highway 249. The male driver was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. The male was placed in custody for Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On January 30, 2025, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 28900 block of Hardin Store Road. The male driver and female passenger were both found to be in possession of illegal narcotics. The male and female were both placed in custody for felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On January 31, 2025, Deputies conducted a warrant service at the 700 block of Oak Valley Lane. The wanted person was located and was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. The female was placed in custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance as well as her warrant for injury to the elderly. The female was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
