On May 1st 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop at 128 N FM 1486. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or more. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 1st 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a dirt bike near the 30100 block of FM 2978. The male driver ignored the emergency lights and siren and refused to stop leading Deputies on a motor vehicle pursuit. A short time later the male was safely detained and he was placed in custody for evading with a motor vehicle. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 3, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 32800 block of FM 2978. The female driver showed signs of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The female was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 7, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 32500 block of SH 249. The male driver was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. The male was place in custody for possession of controlled substance and he was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 8, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 24900 block of Country Oaks Blvd. The female driver was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. The female was place in custody for possession of controlled substance and she was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 8, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 20100 block of FM 2854. The female driver was found to be in possession of unprescribed xanax pills. The female was place in custody for possession of controlled substance and she was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 16, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 700 block of Magnolia Boulevard. The male passenger was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. The male driver was driving under a suspended driver license with previous convictions. Both males were place in custody and both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 16, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 25200 block of Weeren Road. Two female occupants were found to be in possession of methamphetamine and were placed in custody for possession of controlled substance. The male had an active warrant and was placed in custody for the warrant. All subjects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 16, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 35400 block of FM 1774. The male driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics and a loaded firearm. He was placed in custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 17, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 1500 block of FM 1486. The male driver was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. He was place in custody for possession of a controlled substance and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 21, 2025, the Precinct 5 Constable Department executed a Search Warrant at 37202 Thistle Down Lane. 4 males and 3 females on the property were arrested for multiple charges including Possession of a Controlled Substance, a stolen vehicle and multiple Warrants. All individuals were transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Thank you to the Montgomery County Sheriffs Office for sending a transport van to assist with our investigation.
On May 29, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 16600 block of Forrestal. The female driver was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. She was placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 29, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop at 5866 Highline Drive. The female driver was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. She was placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 29, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 16500 block of FM 2854. The male driver was found to be in possession of cocaine. He was placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 30, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 31600 block of Old Hockley Road. The female driver was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. She was placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 31, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 15500 block of FM 2854. Two males were found to be in possession of illegal narcotics and both were placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On May 31, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop at 119 Old River Road. The male driver was found to be in possession of cocaine and he was placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance. The male passenger was placed in custody for public intoxication. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
