On February 07, 2025, Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 28800 Block of Nichols Sawmill Road. The male driver was found to be in possession of cocaine. The male was placed in custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance and he was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 11, 2025, Deputies were dispatched to a weapons disturbance at the McDonald’s near the 32300 block of HWY 249. A male who brandished a firearm at another individual was later arrested at his residence following an investigation. The male was placed in custody for Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon and he was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 12, 2025, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 30800 block of Misty Meadow Drive. The male driver was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. The male was placed in custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance and he was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 13, 2025, Deputies conducted a welfare check on two individuals passed out in a vehicle parked at Mike’s Grocery Store . The two occupants were found to be in possession of methamphetamine and crack cocaine. Both were placed in custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 16, 2025, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 29553 block of Park Place Blvd. The male driver was found to be in possession of Cocaine. The male was placed in custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance and he was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 18, 2025, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 6500 block of FM 1488. The male driver and female passenger were both found to be in possession of methamphetamine. The male and female were both placed in custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 18, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 37000 block of F.M. 1774. An investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of methamphetamine, and that the vehicle had been reported stolen. Deputies arrested the driver for Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, and the driver was transported to the Montgomery County Jail
On February 20, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted an investigation in the 300 block of Nola Lane. An investigation revealed that a male at the location was a fugitive, and a female was in possession of methamphetamine. Deputies arrested the male for a probation violation out of Angelina County, TX and the female for Possession of a Controlled Substance, and transported both to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 21, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 33500 block of Dobbin Huffsmith Rd. The male driver was found to be in possession of Cocaine. The male was placed in custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance and he was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 21, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies attempted to stop a motorcycle on IH 45 near Rayford Road. The driver who was driving at speeds of over 100 MPH refused to stop leading Deputies on a pursuit. Just shy of the Walker County line the motorcycle ran out of fuel and the driver was taken into custody for Evading Arrest with motor vehicle. He was then transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The Precinct 5 Constables appreciates the help of all the agencies involved in the pursuit.
On February 22, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 26000 block of FM 2978. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 21, 2025, Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 24600 block of IH 45. The male driver was found to be in possession of Cocaine. The male was placed in custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance and he was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 21, 2025, Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 8031 block of Highway 242. The male driver was found to be in possession of Heroin. The male was placed in custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance and he was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 22, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 26200 block of Dobbin Huffsmith Rd. The male driver was found to be in possession of multiple forms of mail, packages, and identifying information that did not belong to him. An investigation was conducted and after speaking with multiple victims the male was placed in custody for Mail Theft and Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 23, 2025, Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 28500 block of FM 2978. The male driver a convicted felon was found to be in possession of a loaded firearm and methamphetamine. The male was placed in custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to sell and unlawful possession of a firearm by felon. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 23 2025, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 44000 block of State Highway 249. The male driver was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. During the investigation the male also resisted arrest. The male was placed in custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Resisting Arrest, Search, or Transportation. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
