On August 2, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 19385 block of FM 1488. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.


UPDATE…..SUBJECT IN CUSTODY!!! On August 5, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 32822 block of SH 249. After a brief investigation the male driver was found to be in possession of a controlled substance (Cocaine). When the deputy got the handcuff on one wrist, the suspect twisted away ripping the other handcuff out of the deputies hand. The suspect fled the scene on foot into the woods just South of Pinedale mobile home park. While searching the area, a patrol unit spotted a vehicle traveling very slow through the area. The vehicle pulled into a residence on Wright Rd and came to a stop. The patrol unit attempted to make contact with the vehicle. After a brief investigation it was learned that the occupants in the vehicle were relatives to the suspect who he called to pick him up. Both occupants were taken into custody. The suspect that fled is still outstanding. We ask for the community’s assistance should they see him in the area. He is a 19 year old Hispanic Male wearing a Blue / Gray shirt, no facial hair and a handcuff on one wrist. His name is according to his Honduras passport is Carlos Guillermo Sandoval Espinoza. If you see him or know his location, please contact PCT5. He is wanted for Possession of a controlled substance and Evading. On August 12, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies located and made contact with a fugitive with the assistance of The Grimes County Sheriff’s Office and The Todd Mission Police Department. The fugitive was found to be on the Montgomery County’s “Featured Felons” list. The fugitive was placed in custody for the warrant and transported to the Montgomery County Jail


On August 13, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 33600 block of Old Hempstead Road. The female driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics (methamphetamine ). The female was placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance. She was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.


On August 15, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies located a felony fugitive in 30000 Block of High Meadow Dr. The fugitive was placed in custody for the warrant and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.


On August 20, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 33000 block of Stagecoach. The female driver showed signs of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The female was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.


On August 21, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 26662 block of Nichols Sawmill. The female driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics (methamphetamine and Cocaine ). The female was placed in custody for Manufacturing/Delivering a controlled substance. She was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.


On August 23, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies observed a male discharge a firearm on the side of his residence at the 24900 block of Spencer Highway. After making contact with the male a known convicted felon he was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm by felon and resisting arrest. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.


On August 25, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 19900 block of Turtle Creek Lane. The male driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics (methamphetamine). The male was placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.


On August 26, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a motorcycle who almost hit him on the way back from the jail near the intersection of Fm 1488 and I45. The female driver ignored the emergency lights and siren and refused to stop leading Deputies on a motor vehicle pursuit. A short time later the female was safely detained and she was placed in custody for evading with a motor vehicle. The female was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.


On August 30, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 5600 block of FM 1488. The female driver showed signs of intoxication and was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated 2nd. The female was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
