On November 6, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 32069 block of Decker Prairie Road. The female driver was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics (methamphetamine). The female was placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance. She was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 11, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 22600 block of Baneberry Road. A male passenger lied about his name and after being positively identified through a finger print scanner he was found to be wanted for a felony assault warrant out of Harris County. The male also tried to evade arrest on foot but was quickly apprehend. The male was arrested for the felony warrant, evading on foot, and fail to identify (fugitive.) An additional passenger was also arrested for illegal narcotics. Both males were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 12, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 35800 block of FM 1774. The female driver was found to be in possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine) and she was placed in custody. The male passenger lied about his name and he was later positively identified and found to have an active Blue Warrant (original charge Fraud) he was placed in custody for the warrant and fail to identified fugitive. Both subjects were transported the Montgomery County Jail.
