**CAPTURED** Great teamwork by the Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constables and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department has led to the capture of Michael Westbrook at approximately 2:10 pm. Westbrook is facing various charges and is currently being transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

Precinct 5 and MCSO are Currently looking for Michael Lee Westbrook who fled from a Precinct 5 Deputy on foot near Coe Loop and Gaff Road. Westbrook was last seen near Klein Drive and Allene Drive. He is approximately 6’5 wearing blue jeans and a long sleeve gray sweatshirt with a hood. If you see him please call 911 immediately and do not approach.


ANOTHER CHILD PREDATOR BITES THE DUST!

Today, with the assistance of the Montgomery County Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce, The Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constable’s Office executed a search warrant.

Timothy McCaskey was arrested at his residence on Nola Ln in Magnolia, TX for 4 counts of Possession of Child Pornography. At the same location, Daniel McCaskey and Carlene McCaskey were also arrested for felony narcotics charges.

We are working diligently to combat the exploitation of children in Precinct 5.


YOU CAN’T HIDE FROM PCT. 5

On Monday, October 20th, Investigators of the Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constable’s Office tracked down a wanted parole violator who had cut off his ankle monitor. The fugitive was identified as Rickie Johnson.

When deputies arrived at 30502 Meadow Edge Dr in Magnolia, TX, the fugitive chose not to open the door for the deputies, so the deputies entered the residence and took him into custody after a brief chase.

Investigators then executed a search warrant at the location and found multiple illegal substances, including cocaine, methamphetamine, and two firearms.

At the conclusion of the investigation, Rickie Johnson was arrested for two warrants (a Parole Warrant, and a Harris County Warrant related to the ankle monitor), and he received new charges for possession of illegal narcotics and unlawfully possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. Kevon Johnson was also charged with possession of illegal narcotics and unlawfully possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. Lynda Gomez was charged with two counts of unlawfully possessing a firearm as a convicted felon.


On October 23, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 7100 block of Durango Drive for a traffic violation. The driver later identified as Jake Patten was driving under a suspended driver’s license and he was also found in possession of heroin. Patten was placed in custody for possession of controlled substance and he was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.


On October 29, 2025, Constable Jones’ Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 31300 block of FM 2978 for a traffic violation. The passenger was wanted out of Montgomery County and he was found to be in possession of cocaine and unprescribed adderall pills. He was placed in custody for possession of controlled substance and he was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
